Jose and Katie Escobar are happily married and parents of six children, ages 19, 9, 7, 5, 4, and 2. Grounded in their Catholic faith, they place God at the center of their marriage and home, embracing intentional communication, shared responsibilities, and meaningful connection.

Jose is an internationally recognized entrepreneur, keynote speaker, 25-time published author, and Guinness World Record Holder. As Founder & CEO of Connected Leaders Academy and The Entrepreneur’s Bookshelf, he built a seven-figure enterprise organically in just 15 months. His global community connects 700+ entrepreneurs across all 50 U.S. states, 49 countries, and 6 continents. Hosting more than 20 events annually, he helps entrepreneurs build strategic relationships, accelerate growth, and create lasting impact.

Katie holds a master’s degree in TESOL and is a former elementary school teacher and gymnastics coach. She set aside her professional career to homeschool their children and support Jose’s transition into full-time entrepreneurship. Drawing on experience in diverse educational settings, she cultivates a literature-rich, nature-based approach to learning. Her love of multiculturalism and Catholic faith has inspired mission service and her commitment to nurturing their “domestic church.”
